Kin (Anthony Wong Chau-sang) is a hard-working insurance sales agent with a pregnant wife. When his wife starts haemorrhaging, he calls for a cab. However, the cab leaves when someone else offers higher fee. After his wife dies, Kin vows to revenge on all cab drivers by taking them out one at a time.
