Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali on Wednesday (July 10) said there were delays in issuing fleet cards under the Subsidised Diesel Control System 2.0 (SKDS 2.0), but gave his assurance in the Dewan Rakyat that the process will be expedited.
