Insert a Tablebr - Click on "Insert" in the menu.br - Go to "Table."br - Choose 6 columns and 20 rows to represent the data you need to collect. You can add more rows later.br br 2. Customize the Tablebr - Add the data labels at the top of the table (e.g., Name, Date, Time In, Time Out, Reason for Visit).br - Resize the columns as needed. Make the Date column smaller and the Reason for Visit column a bit bigger. The Time In and Time Out columns can be smaller since they only need to hold short pieces of information.br br 3. Adding More Rowsbr - Google Docs initially allows 20 rows in the table. To fill up the end of the page, highlight the bottom 8 rows, right-click, and insert 8 rows below.br br 4. Customize the Headerbr - To make the header of the sign-in sheet stand out, click on the fill color, choose black, and set the text color to white.br br That's it! You now have a sign-in or signup sheet template in Google Docs.
