The Ministry of Health has already issued a number of property owners with citation notices for having mosquito-breeding sites on their premises, and the Ministry is warning that failure to rectify the issues could result in a whopping $3500 fine. The Ministry would also like the public to know that health inspectors can access your property without your expressed permission- but they're asking for the public's co-operation in this regard.
