Title Triumphsbr Davis kicked off his title reign by snatching the IBF junior lightweight title from José Pedraza in 2017. He followed it up by claiming the WBA junior lightweight title against Jesús Cuellar in 2018. In 2019, he stepped up to the lightweight division and won the WBA (regular) lightweight title by TKO against Yuriorkis Gamboa.
