A mother who arrived as a refugee 12 years ago has spoken of the heartbreaking delays in reuniting with her teenage children. It's now a year since Susan Dahal and her husband Raj won a lengthy 11-year battle for permanent residency, allowing them to apply to bring their two eldest children to Australia.
