Go to Toolsbr - Click on "Tools" in the menu.br br 2. Open Preferencesbr - Select "Preferences" from the dropdown.br br 3. Uncheck Substitutionbr - In the pop-up window, go to the "Substitution" tab.br - Uncheck the option that converts (C) to the copyright symbol.br - Click "OK" to save the changes.br br 4. Test the Changebr - Now, when you type (C), it will no longer change into the copyright symbol.
