This surah can be a source of comfort and strength for those facing depression or challenging circumstances, offering solace and encouragement to keep moving forward.br [] Surah Ad Duha سورة الضحى Arabic:br وَٱلضُّحَىٰ ١br وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ ٢br مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ ٣br وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ ٤br وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ ٥br أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًۭا فَـَٔاوَىٰ ٦br وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّۭا فَهَدَىٰ ٧br وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًۭا فَأَغْنَىٰ ٨br فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ ٩br وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ ١٠br وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ ١١br br [] Surah Ad Duha سورة الضحى English Translation:br By the morning sunlight,br and the night when it falls still!br Your Lord ˹O Prophet˺ has not abandoned you, nor has He become hateful ˹of you˺.br And the next life is certainly far better for you than this one.br And ˹surely˺ your Lord will give so much to you that you will be pleased.br Did He not find you as an orphan then sheltered you?br Did He not find you unguided then guided you?br And did He not find you needy then satisfied your needs?br So do not oppress the orphan,br nor repulse the beggar.br And proclaim the blessings of your Lord.br br [] Surah Ad Duha سورة الضحىbr Wad duhaabr Wal laili iza sajaabr Ma wad da'aka rabbuka wa ma qalaabr Walal-aakhiratu khairul laka minal-oolabr Wa la sawfa y'uteeka rabbuka fatardabr Alam ya jidka yateeman fa aawaabr Wa wa jadaka daal lan fahadabr Wa wa jadaka 'aa-ilan fa aghnaabr Fa am mal yateema fala taqharbr Wa am mas saa-ila fala tanharbr Wa amma bi ni'mati rabbika fahad dithbr br Use this Surah as a source of inspiration and find solace in its beautiful words.
