This simple and flavourful one-pot dish is perfect for a healthy and delicious meal anytime.br br Quick and Easy Vegetable Pulao Recipebr Ingredients:br 2 Tbsp Gheebr 2-3 Cardamomsbr 2" Cinnamon Stickbr 5-6 Clovesbr Veggies (Chopped Carrot, Chopped French Beans, Green Peas)br Cashew Nutsbr Basmati Rice (3 Cups)br Hot Water (6 Cups)br Salt as per tastebr Coriander Leaves for garnishingbr br Method of Cooking:br Soak 3 Cups of Basmati Rice for 30 Minutes & then drain the rice.br 1. Heat a vessel add 2 Tbsp Ghee.br 2. Add 2-3 Cardamoms, 2" Cinnamon Stick, 5-6 Cloves.br 3. Add the Cashew Nuts & chopped Veggies & Stir Fry on high flame for 1 minute.br 4. Then add the drained Basmati Rice & stir fry it for few minutes.br 5. Add Salt as per taste.br 6. Add hot water to the rice and give a quick mix.br 7. Close the lid & let it cook on high flame till the dots fall on the rice.br 8. Then simmer the flame & let it cook for few minutes.br 9. Check if water remains in the bottom.br 10.
