More than 70 firefighters and 10 fire engines are today (Mon) tackling a blaze at a second block of flats in London.br br Crews were called to the fire at a high rise building at New Providence Wharf, Blackwall, London.br br London Fire Brigade say half of a flat and balcony on the 25th floor of the 45-storey building is alight.br br Video taken of the blaze shows thick plumes of black smoke pouring from an apartment in the middle of the building.
