Philippine authorities led by DILG Secretary Benhur Abalos escort dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo to a chartered plane back to Manila at an Indonesian airport. The plane is expected to arrive at the Royal Star Hangar in Pasay City at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5.
