Militant group Hezbollah promised to retaliate against Israel after accusing it of detonating pagers across Lebanon on Tuesday (September 17), killing at least eight people and wounding nearly 3,000 others. Cybersecurity expert Joseph Steinberg said it was surprising that the organization was using pagers in the first place given Israel's history of detonating devices.
