Arjo Atayde launches the first free dialysis center in Bahay Toro, Quezon City, which he said will offer life-saving treatment to underprivileged constituents who are battling kidney disease. The center, located at the Mini City Hall Compound, has 20 dialysis machines and can serve up to 60 individuals per day.
