Watch the full cooking video now on Tasty Feast Magic and enjoy a wholesome, flavourful meal! br br Ingredients: br Lady Finger Bhindi br Coconut Oil br 5-6 Bedgi Red Chillies br 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds br ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds br 5-6 Peppercorns br ¼ Tsp Fennel Seeds br ¼ Tsp Mustard Seeds br 4-5 Fenugreek Seeds br ½ Coconut Shell Grated br ½ Lemon sized Tamarind br ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder br Little water while grinding br Salt as per taste br br For Tempering: br Coconut Oil br Mustard Seeds br Curry Leaves br br Method of Cooking: br 1. Heat a pan add little coconut oil & fry 5-6 Bedgi Red Chillies till aromatic & then set them aside. br 2. In the same pan add ¼ Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds, ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds, 5-6 Peppercorns, ¼ Tsp Fennel Seeds & br 4-5 Fenugreek Seeds & fry till aromatic. br 3. In a mixer jar add ½ Coconut Grated, above fried ingredients, turmeric powder, tamarind with little water & grind to a fine paste. br 4. Heat a Vessel add coconut oil, add mustard seeds & let it splutter, then add curry leaves. br 5. Then add the Lady Finger Bhindi & fry it on high heat for few seconds & then add salt as per taste & give a quick stir & close the lid & let it cook for sometime on low heat. br 6. Then once Lady Finger Bhindi are semi cooked add the grounded masala with the masala water & adjust its consistency. br 7. Add salt as per taste & let it cook for few minutes on high heat & then lower the heat & close the lid & let it cook for sometime. br 8. Adjust salt as per your taste. br Your Yummy Lady Finger Curry or Bhindi Curry is ready.
