53 Pound Weight Loss - Here’s What Im Eating!

Down 53 pounds! What I’m eating ⬇️br br I’m focusing on protein and keeping sugar and processed carbs out of my diet. This keeps me feeling full longer, fuels my muscles, and helps keep blood sugar stable. br note: All portions are 12 cup depending on density. I eat a whole yogurt container, half cup of heavier meat. I eat slowly and stop when full. br br 8am Oikos Triple Zero Yogurtbr 10am Two Scrambled Eggs with cheesebr Noon Chicken Tenderloinbr 2pm Cottage Cheesebr 4pm Oikos Triple Zero Yogurtbr 6pm Bunless Burgerbr br Other: I eat the same things often, but when I need a change I do make protein rich soups like chicken and black bean. I eat peanut butter and nuts very occasionally. I reach for protein bars on the go in a pinch. I try to eat “real food” and avoid processed food as much as possible. Protein is the focus! br br Drinks: water, unsweetened tea, crystal light drops and mio drops, occasional protein drinks. br br I’m not eating bread, rice, pasta, sugar, and highly processed food.
