Now you can make it at home in a clean and hygienic way. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #LifebuoyPakistan #Superfasthandwash #muttonkarahi br br Written Recipe: br br Serves 4-5 br Recipe in English: br br Ingredients: br -Mutton mix boti 750g br -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste br -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tbs br -Water 3-4 Cups br -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tbs br -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs br -Laung (Cloves) 3-4 br -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 13-15 br -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2 br -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 6-8 br -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste br -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs br -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp br -Cooking oil ¾ Cup br -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large br -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tbs br -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs br -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 500g br -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5 br -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1-inch piece br -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke br br Directions: br -In a wok,add mutton,salt,ginger garlic,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (30 minutes) & cook until 1 Cup stock is left. br -In a frying pan,add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,cloves,black peppercorns,black cardamom & dry roast on low flame until fragrant (1-2 minutes). br -Add button red chillies & dry roast for 1-2 minutes. br -Let it cool. br -In grinder,add roasted & grind coarsely. br -Add salt,Kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder & mix well.Karahi spice mix is ready! br -In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & fry for 2-3 minutes. br -Add ginger garlic crushed,green chilli paste,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes. br -Add tomatoes,mix well & cook for a minute,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes) then mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates. br -Add cooked mutton with stock,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. br -Add prepared karahi spice mix,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes). br -Add green chillies & mix well. br -Add ginger.
