#Breakfasts #cooking #Recipe #indian #food #kitchenrecipe br br #Kitchen #Recipe #kitchenrecipe br Cheesy Beef Macaroni (Goulash) Recipe br br #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou br Cheesy Beef Macaroni for you to try this weekend. #HappyCookingToYou #foodfusionpk br Cheesy Beef Macaroni (Goulash) br Serves 3-4 br Recipe in English: br br Ingredients: br -Olive oil 3 tbs br -Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms br -Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large br -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs br -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste br -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste br -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp br -Dried oregano 1 tsp br -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded) br -Tomato paste 1 tbs br -Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs br -Soy sauce 1 tbs br -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required br -Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs br -Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions) br -Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required br -Fresh basil leaves chopped br br Directions: br -In pot,add olive oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color. br -Add onion,garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes. br -Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and mix well. br -Add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. br -Add tomato paste,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce and mix well. br -Add water,mix well and bring it to boil. br -Add fresh basil leaves and mix. br -Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes. br -Add boiled elbow macaroni and give it a good mix. br -Add cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes). br br Recipe in Urdu: br br Ajza: br -Olive oil 3 tbs br -Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms br -Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large br -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs br -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste br -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste br -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp br -Dried oregano 1 tsp br -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded) br -Tomato paste 1 tbs br -Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs br -Soy sauce 1 tbs br -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required br -Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs br -Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions) br -Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required br -Fresh basil leaves chopped br br Directions: br -Pot mein olive oil aur beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. br -Pyaz aur lehsan paste dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein. br -Lal mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. br -Grinded tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. br -Tomato paste,worcestershire sauce aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. br -Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein. br -Fresh basil leaves dal ker mix ker lein. br -Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein. br -Boiled elbow macaroni shamil karein aur mix ker lein. br -Cheddar cheese aur fresh basil leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
