This is an emergency session of the H2onE2 University Department of Health of Human Species. The topic is protecting yourself from the Pig Virus, Bird Flu or the Common Cold. The topic is in the discussion format, collecting input but will also draw from my experience as a health department worker and certified FDA food plant and fish processing inspector. Topic will include an outline of the most sensitive receptors to the human body, how a flu can enter the body, what to do to protect the eyes, nose and mouth.
