The original Cheese Slaw can be traced to Southwest Virginia caterer Lib Wilhelm whose recipe is featured in the Roanoke Junior League cookbook “Oh My Stars! Recipes That Shine” published in 2000. The rest is history, and to this day, the dish remains popular at local parties and occasions.
