A Form 5 student who ploughed his bike into a policeman's motorcycle while riding against traffic has been barred by a Seremban Magistrate's Court from holding a driving licence for five years.br br Magistrate Nurul Azuin Mohd Talhah also ordered the 17-year-old to serve a good behaviour bond for a year with a RM1,000 deposit.
