Ambassadors from NATO and Ukraine are meeting in Brussels, to discuss Russia's use of a new hypersonic missile which hit Ukraine's Dnipro region last week.br br President Vladimir Putin said it was a response to Ukraine firing American and British weapons into Russia for the first time.
