Adobe Analytics reports that Black Friday online shopping hit a record $10.8 billion this year. Thanksgiving Day online sales also reached a new high of over $6 billion, up 9 year-over-year. Toys drove online sales growth, with purchases surging over 600 compared to average fall days. Jewelry sales rose over 500, appliances over 400, and apparel and electronics over 300. Mobile devices accounted for 55 of Black Friday online sales.
