Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek told the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Dec 3) that the abolition of the UPSR and PT3 exams was not her decision but that of Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin when he held the position.br br The Putrajaya MP immediately stood up and demanded an explanation, adding that the decision was made by the ministry and a “collective responsibility”.
