Vladimir Lenin, the founding leader of the Soviet Union, was assassinated twice. He survived the first time, but he continued his life with 3 bullets from the second one and hid those bullets in his body, and eventually became disabled and bedridden. On January 21, 1924, he suffered a final stroke and passed away.
