A man arrested after wandering around his neighbourhood with a parang less than two weeks ago has been detained again.br br Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Bahrin Mohd Noh said the 49-year-old suspect was arrested at his house in Taman Megah on Thursday (Dec 12) after his neighbour lodged a police report.
