The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed this Tuesday that the Liberator Simón Bolívar watches over the destinies of all the Latin American people, during his speech at the ceremony to commemorate the 194th Anniversary of the legacy of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, at the Miraflores Palace in Caracas (capital).
