Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners has raised an additional $1.5 billion from Qatar Investment Authority and Abu Dhabi-based Lunate, extending its debut fund's investment period to 2029. The firm’s assets under management now total over $4 billion, with over $2 billion committed to investments. Affinity has made profitable bets, including investments in QXO Inc. and Phoenix Financial Ltd. Affinity’s investors include QIA, Lunate, Saudi Arabia's PIF, and Terry Gou, founder of Foxconn.
