Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience cloudy weather with rain on Saturday, Jan. 4, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).br br In its weather forecast, PAGASA said that localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in Metro Manila and other parts of the country.
