Moong daal bhaji Split Green gram pakodabr br Ingredientsbr br ½ kg – moong daal (soaked in water for 2-3 hrs)br 20-30 – garlic clovesbr 25 gm – gingerbr 4-5 green lavangi chilliesbr 2-3 tea spoon – cuminseedsbr ½ ltr. Oil br 1 small fresh bunch of coriander leavesbr Salt to taste br br Procedurebr br Wash soaked moong dal, 2-3 times with water, crushed it in mixture with garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, cuminseeds, without water. It should be a thick batter. After the batter is ready put fresh coriander leaves & salt in it & mix it well. br Heat pan with oil for deep fry purpose. Deep fry making small balls with your hand or use spoon.br Finally your deliciousssss moong bhaji pakodas are ready to eat. Serve it hot with sauce or pudina chutni.
