Sabudana (upvas) khichadi Sago receipebr br Ingredients – br 1 small glass – sabudana br ½ small glass – peanutsbr 4-5 – green chillies br ½ inch – gingerbr 2 small - potatoesbr 1 small tea spoon – cumin seedsbr 2-3 teaspoon – pure gheebr Salt for taste.br Fresh bunch of coriander leaves.br br Procedure –br Wash sabudana in water well & soak it in ½ inch of water for 2 hours. Till that fry peanuts without oil, peel it & grate it in mixture with ½ inch ginger & keep it aside.br After 2 hours mix well sabudana & grated peanuts, with salt to taste, in it.br Heat ghee in pan for temper tadka, put cuminseeds, green chillies, potatoes & little salt to make potatoes tasty. Cover the lid for 5 minutes, on small flame, to cook potatoes. After put mixed sabudana & grated peanuts in it, mix it well, cover the lid for 5 minutes on small flame.br Finally garnish it with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot with curd or butter milk.br br Thanks for watching.
