Mug dali chi tikhat khichadi green grambr spicy khichadi receipebr br Ingredientsbr br 1 - bowl vati – raw ricebr ½ - bowl vati – mug dal green grambr 4 bowl vati – waterbr 1 – tomatobr 2 – small potatoesbr 1 – big onionbr 7-8 garlic clovesbr 2 – green chilliesbr 1 – spoon turmeric powderbr 1 – spoon asafoetida powderbr ½ - spoon cumin zeera seedsbr ½ - mohri mustard seedsbr 1 fresh bunch of coriander leavesbr 5-6 curry leaves kadi pattabr 3-4 spoon of oil for temper tadkabr Salt – to tastebr br Procedurebr br Mix raw rice & mug dal, wash it & keep it a side. br br Boil 4 bowl vati water & keep it a side.br br Heat 3-4 spoon of oil in kadaipan for temper tadka. Put mohri, zeera, garlic cloves, green chillies, curry leaves, tomato, onion, mixed raw rice & mug dal, stir it well for 5 minutes, now put potatoes, boiled water, salt & fresh chopped coriander leaves in it. Mix it well, cover the lid for 10 minutes on low flame and your tasty mug dal khichadi is ready to eat. Serve it hot hot.br br Thanks for watching.
