Matki ( mod ale li) chi Bhaji sprouted moath receipebr br Ingredientsbr br 250 GMs – sprouted moath mod ale li matkibr 2 – small size onionbr 1 – tomatobr 4-5 – curry leaves kadipattabr 7-8 garlic clovesbr 2 spoon – red chilly powderbr 1 spoon – coriander powderbr 1 spoon – garam masalabr 1 bunch of fresh coriander leavesbr Salt to tastebr br Procedurebr br Rinse sprouted moath in water 4-5 times. Keep it in clean water for 12 hour. br Heat oil in kadai for tempertadka, put garlic cloves, curry leaves, onion, tomato, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sprouted moath, one by one & mix it well. Cover the lid for 10 minutes, by pouring water, let it cook on steam first. Then pour this water in lid & cover the lid for 5 minutes again on low flame, & let it cook.br Now its ready to eat. Finally garnish it with chopped fresh coriander leaves & serve hot with chappatis.
