Khichadi receipe br br Ingredientsbr br 3 bowl - raw ricebr 1 bowl – toor dalbr 8 bowl – waterbr 15-20 – garlic clovesbr 1” gingerbr 7-8 – dry red chilliesbr 1 – tea spoon turmeric powderbr 1 bowl - oilbr Fresh 1 small bunch of coriander leaves for garnishing.br br Procedurebr br Wash toor dal & keep it aside. Heat pan kadai with one bowl of oil, put all ingredients in it one by one, ginger, garlic, dry red chillies, turmeric powder, 8 bowl of water, toor dal & salt in it, stir well, boil water on high flame, until your water boils, wash rice & keep ready, after water boils, put rice in it & stir well. Again one boil on high flame, after cover the lid with some water on it,(if need of extra water in khichadi we can use this), put the flame low for 10-15 minutes. Finally garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot hot.br That's all - Khichadi is ready to eat.
