Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan has addressed the three-member panel of the Court of Appeal presiding of former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak's appeal against the dismissal of his bid to serve the remainder of his six-year prison sentence under house arrest, based on his claim that a royal addendum to his royal pardon exists.
