Many of us set New Year's resolutions every year, but not all of us stick to them. According to a YouGov survey, more than 23 of Brits ditch their New Year's resolutions within a month. If you have set yourself a fitness goal for this year, make sure to give yourself at least two or three months because that's how long it takes before you start to see noticeable progress. Leon Bolmeer, a fitness expert from Geezers Boxing, explains that you have to be patient as results don't happen overnight.
