Batate vade Indian burgerbr br Ingredients – br br 1 kg.- Potatobr 5 lavangi green chilliesbr 15-16 – garlic piecesbr 1 medium size gingerbr 2 tea spoon cumin seedsbr 2 tea spoon turmeric powderbr ½ litre – oil br 250 gms besan chana flourbr 1 small bunch - Coriander leaves br br First of all, boil potatoes in cooker,potato gets boil in 4-5 whistles.br Let potatoes get cool down, after, peel the potatoes, smash it, mix in, turmeric powder, salt to taste, grinded green paste of green chillies, cumin seeds, garlic & ginger, grated coriander leaves & mix it well. Now prepare smallmedium size of tikkiround balls on your hand parm & keep it a side.br On the other side, make besanchana flour, medium thin paste, by pouring water, oil & salt. br Heat ½ litre of oil in kadai.br Take one by one ball tikki, put it in paste of besan flour, then in hot heated oil, for deep fry. Let it fry fully for approximate 2-3 minutes on high flame of gas. Take it away from oil, after 2-3 minutes & keep it aside. Our batate potato vade is ready to eat.br Repeat the procedure in same way & serve it hot with bread, chutnies, sauce.
