New Indian restaurant Kerala Canteen, on St Peter's Square, is putting a modern twist on the food of Kerala.br It takes inspiration from the region's beloved toddy shops and is the brainchild of award-winning chef Bobby Geetha, a former quarter-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals with more than over a decade of experience in five-star luxury kitchens.
