Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioners Ernesto Maceda Jr., Rey Bulay, and Chairman George Erwin Garcia, along with National Printing Office (NPO) Directors Revsee Escobedo and Arjay Lim sign a Memorandum of Agreement between Comelec and NPO for the printing of 2025 National and Local Elections ballots, at the National Printing Office in Quezon City on Monday, January 27.br br The said agreement gives authorization to NPO to use its resources together with the current Comelec’s technology provider MIRU Systems.
