The third round of the Israel-Hamas prisoner exchange has begun, with Hamas releasing Israeli soldier Agam Berger to the Red Cross in Jabalia camp. Two more Israeli captives and five Thai nationals are set for release later. In exchange, Israel will free 110 Palestinian prisoners, including 30 children. Previous swaps saw 7 Israelis freed for 290 Palestinians. Another exchange is scheduled for Saturday.
