******* 🎥 THIS VIDEO IS AVAILABLE WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE 🎥 *******br br Hello Guys,br br Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".br br Afghani Anda Curry is a rich and creamy egg curry with flavors rooted in Afghan cuisine. This dish is perfect for when you want something hearty and indulgent😊br br 🔷Here's a recipe to make it:-br ☛FOR MASALA PASTE:-br * Heat 3 tbsp oil in a kadai (WOK)br * Add 2 sliced onions & saute till they are translucent.br * Add 2 green chillies - cut into two, ½ inch roughly chopped Ginger,, 7-8 Garlic Cloves & 8-10 Cashew nuts. Fry it well.br * Take out he fried ingredients & allow it to cool completely.br * Now transfer the fried ingredients in a grinding jar & add ½ bowl of chopped coriander leaves & coarsely grind.br * Add little water & grind it to a fine paste.br * Our Masala paste is ready.br br 🥚FOR SAUTEING EGGS:br * Slit 7 boiled eggs & heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan.br * Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder & ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder. Stir it.br * Add boiled eggs & fry for 2-3 minutes on low flame.br * Take it out in a plate & keep it aside for further use.br br ⬗Method:-br * Heat the same oil in which we fried the eggs & also add 2 tbsp of oil & heat it.br * Now add 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 4 Cardamoms, 4 Cloves, 1 Cinnamon stick & 7-8 Whole black peppercorns. Stir & fry.br * Add the masala paste & cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.br * Add 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder & ½ tsp black pepper powder. Mix & cook well.br * Wash the grinding jar in which we made the masala paste & pout that water into the kadai (WOK)br * Stir & cook.br * Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.br * Open the lid after 5-6 minutes & stir well.br * Add ½ cup Curd (Beaten). Mix & cook well.br * Add 2 tsp Malai (Fresh cream) & mix well.br * Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.br * Open the lid after 5-6 minutes & add 1 tsp salt & ½ tsp garam masala.br * Mix well.br * Now add the fried eggs & mix well.br * Close the lid & let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes.br * Open the lid after 2 minutesbr * Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves.br br OUR RICH & CREAMY "AFGHANI ANDA CURRY" IS READY TO SERVE😋😊br 🔴NOTE:- Serve Afghani Anda Curry hot with naan, paratha, or steamed rice.
