The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. This piece of heart is in Hyrule Field, you can see a small patch of dirt above and to the left a cave entrance. Get up on the ledge and use a Holmill to dig a hole and then drop down into the cave below and grab your piece of heart.
