Matt Pole and Sussex sport guru Steve Bone are joined by Eastbourne Town manager Jude Macdonald.br Jude managed Whitehawk U18s for five years, joint-managed Sussex Schools U18s for four years, then Whitehawk’s first team for two-and-a-half years, and has managed Eastbourne Town since 2022.br Last season Eastbourne Town reached the Southern Combination premier play-offs and beat Newhaven in the final to secure a return to step four and the Isthmian League after a number of years at step five.
