In low AMH pts ,can we do back to back IVF cycles or gap in cycles recommended for best success ? Low AMH patients are advised ACCUVIT protocol in which upto 3 ivf stimulation cycles advised followed by pooled embryo transfer . In such patients , as time is s crunch back to back cycles with agonist trigger is advised.
