Serve hot with chai for an authentic Ramadan experience , so try this recipe .br br Ingredients :br br -Potatoes 2 large ( Aloo )br -Salt 1 tsp ( Namak )br -Red chili Powder 1 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder )br -Chaat Masala 1 tsp br -Black pepper Powder 12 tsp ( Kali Mirch powder )br -All purpose flour 12 cup or as required ( Madia )br br br Direction For Cooking :br br -Take a potato cut into thin slicebr -Add water as required wash properly twice.br -Strain all water then add into bowl then add salt , red chili powder , black pepper powder chaat masala and all purpose flour mix it altogether.br -Take a some mixture and fry it until golden brown use medium flame.br -Serve with any sauce.
