Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB), in collaboration with the Railway Assets Corporation (RAC) and SMH Rail Sdn Bhd, have jointly introduced a new freight locomotive and wagon leasing program based on a pay-as-you-use model on Thursday (Feb 27). br br Transport Minister Anthony Loke said that the initiative includes 450 newly manufactured wagons, each designed with a 20-tonne axle load and a cargo capacity of up to 60 tonnes.
