41 year-old Alexander Stubb has been Finland's foreign minister for just over a year now and is already in demand on the international stage. His focus is minority politics,possibly because he himself belongs to the Swedish-speaking population in Finland. Last autumn he acted as mediator in the Caucasus conflict on behalf of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
