Cuts to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will result in mistakes being made, a recently laid-off staffer told CNN. Speaking to CNN, Tom Di Liberto said the organization was already short-staffed, and understaffing as an issue will now only be exacerbated.
