Former President Rodrigo Duterte was brought to a detention center in The Hague on Wednesday after he was handed over into the custody of the International Criminal Court.br br Duterte was flown to the Netherlands following his arrest on a warrant accusing him of crimes against humanity over deadly anti-drugs crackdowns he oversaw while in office.
