Served hot, it’s a comforting yet indulgent treat that will leave everyone craving more.br br Ingredients:br br Prepare Chicken:br br -Dahi (Yogurt) 12 cupbr -green chili sauce 2 tspbr -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 12 tbspbr -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste br -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tspbr -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to tastebr -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbsbr -Garam masala powder 1 tspbr -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 12 tspbr -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tspbr -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 14 tsp br -Boneless chicken cubes 500gbr -Cooking oil 4-5 tbspbr -Pani 1 cup ( Water )br -Koyla (Charcoal) for smokebr br Prepare Mayo Sauce:br br -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cupbr -Mayonnaise 12 Cupbr -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tspbr -Namak (Salt) 12 tsp or to tastebr br Prepare Hari Chutney:br br -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 12 Cupbr -Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4 -3br -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chilies) 4-5br -Lehsan (Garlic) 7 -8 clovesbr -Adrak 1 inch ( Ginger )br -Namak (Salt) 12 tsp or to taste br -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tspbr -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup br -Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cupbr br Assembling:br br -Paratha br -Pyaz (Onion) ringsbr br br Directions For Cooking:br br Prepare Chicken:br br -In a bowl, add yogurt, green chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder ,salt, gram flour ,garam masala powder ,turmeric powder, cumin powder ,orange food color & whisk well.br -Add chicken & mix well, cover & marinate for 30 minutes.br -In a frying pan ,add cooking oil ,marinated chicken & cook for 2-3 minutes then add water mix well ,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (8 -12 minutes) then cook on high flame until it dries up.br -Give coal smoke for 2 minutes. br br Prepare Mayo Sauce:br br -In a bowl ,add yogurt, mayonnaise ,garlic paste, salt, whisk well & set aside.br br Prepare Hari Chutney:br br -In a blender jug ,add tamarind pulp, green chilies, button red chilies ,garlic , ginger ,salt, cumin seeds, fresh coriander, mint leaves, blend well & set aside.br br Assembling:br br -On a paratha ,add cooked chicken, prepared mayo sauce & hari chutney, onion rings ,roll out paratha & wrap in butter paper (makes 7-8).br -Enjoy with your paratha with your friends and family.
