The Color Alphabet

The Color Alphabet

This story is a fable within a larger world where all language is written in color —a world where genetic differences in sight determine access to knowledge and power. The Color Alphabet tells of an ancient tribe’s discovery of a new way to preserve stories, tracing the origins of a system that would shape civilization itself. br br Inspired by Kafka’s Before the Law, this parable exists within a large story about a society where all men are genetically color blind, so are forever dependent on those who can read the color alphabet. br br As an artist, I have used the color alphabet for many of the works that I have made in the past, and there is a full example as well as a text converted available on my website for those interested: br br ... br br This piece an example of my effort to bring the many ideas in my notebooks to life using new generative AI tools. I use these tool from everything from scripting and storyboarding to video, narration, sound effects, and music. What once would have taken months or even years to develop, can now be realized in just days. While these tools are far from perfect, they offer a new form of storytelling that allows a single creator to produce work that would normally require an entire team. AI doesn’t replace the artistic process, but it accelerates it, making it possible to explore concepts, refine narratives, and experiment in ways that weren’t possible before.
